The 06-08 Civic (2dr) Lamin-X Fog Light Cover Kit is a pre-cut adhesive backed film designed for exterior lens protection and styling. Lamin-X is available in Tint, Gun Smoke, Optic Blue, or Yellow. Handling tabs to prevent smudges on the film, water sprayer, squeegee, and detailed instructions are included to make for a very simple do-it-yourself installation.
Cheaper films are available on the market but are proven to be cheap in quality as well. Inferior films will have a dull finish, thin adhesive, and are very difficult to install on curved lenses. Lamin-X is a heavy-duty film designed specifically for exterior automotive lens protection, has a nice glossy finish, forgiving adhesive, and molds simply to complex curves.

*Due to the high temp. output from these fog lights, the lens film will be 1/8" smaller than the lens to allow for heat dissipation. Also, to prevent burning, turn fog lights off if vehicle will be stationary for more than 15 minutes.
