The 2006+ Eclipse Lamin-X Headlight & Foglight Cover Kit is a pre-cut adhesive backed film designed for exterior lens protection and styling. Lamin-X is available in Tint, Gun Smoke, Optic Blue, Yellow, or Clear for invisible lens protection. Handling tabs to prevent smudges on the film, water sprayer, squeegee, and detailed instructions are included to make for a very simple do-it-yourself installation.
Cheaper films are available on the market but are proven to be cheap in quality as well. Inferior films will have a dull finish, thin adhesive, and are very difficult to install on curved lenses. Lamin-X is a heavy-duty film designed specifically for exterior automotive lens protection, has a nice glossy finish, forgiving adhesive, and molds simply to complex curves.
